The mechanics involved in baseball pitching pose a different risk to arm health than softball pitching, which is why softball players are not limited by pitch counts. However, softball Players should still be careful to listen to their body and to not overwork their arm.  

No baseball or softball pitcher should ever pitch through pain.

Concussion Safety

We utilize guidance and resources from the CDC’s Heads Up program, and all Head Coaches are required to complete the Heads Up training.

We know unexpected make up games are a hassle, so we do our best to play games as scheduled, if its safe to do so.

If games do need to be postponed, we’ll communicate that through an app notification, an email, and on social media.  If you don’t hear an update from us, you should assume games will be played.

During the practice season, each Coach is responsible for making cancellation decisions for their individual Teams.
